Associate Therapist – AMFT, ASW, APCC

Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults through secure telehealth or hybrid services
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's needs
- Monitor treatment progress and adjust interventions when clinically appropriate
- Complete accurate, insurance-compliant documentation within 24 hours of each session
- Assess and respond appropriately to safety concerns, crises, and mandated reporting requirements
- Collaborate professionally with supervisors, psychiatric providers, care coordinators, and fellow clinicians
- Participate actively in weekly clinical supervision
- Demonstrate professionalism, ethical decision-making, cultural humility, and compassionate client care
Qualifications
- Active California Associate registration (AMFT, ASW, or APCC)
- Approximately 1,000 supervised clinical hours preferred (strong candidates with fewer hours are encouraged to apply)
- Experience providing psychotherapy services
- Familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches
- Knowledge of crisis assessment and mandated reporting
- Experience with Medi-Cal or Department of Mental Health documentation
- Experience collaborating with DCFS or other child welfare agencies
- Bilingual clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply
