What You'll Do

  • Possess a track record of winning in a professional, metrics-driven sales environment and the drive to outwork the competition.
  • Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across your assigned geography.
  • Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on the clinical and patient benefits of products.
  • Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
  • Build and manage a territory pipeline, maintaining accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM.
  • Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
  • Maintain a clear path to full Territory Manager roles and beyond.

Who We're Looking For

  • You don't need medical or clinical experience but must have a track record of winning in a professional, metrics-driven sales environment and the drive to outwork the competition.
  • Required: 2–4 years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrated record of quota achievement.
  • Required: Bachelor's degree.
  • Required: Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory.
  • Strongly Preferred: Experience at companies known for world-class sales training and development — such as ADP, Enterprise, Cintas, Paychex, Xerox, or similar.
  • Required: Coachable, competitive, and accountable — you own your numbers and own your results.
  • Strong verbal communication and the professional presence to earn credibility with physicians.

Qualifications

Benefits

The potential base pay range for this role is $55,000-60,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).

Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.

Pay

The potential base pay range for this role is $55,000-60,000 annually.
