What You'll Do
- Possess and execute a disciplined prospecting strategy
- Call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across your assigned geography
- Target and educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on the clinical and patient benefits of products
- Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts
- Manage a territory pipeline, maintaining accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM
- Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets
- Operate your territory like a business: plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage your expense budget responsibly

Required:
- 2–4 years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrated record of quota achievement
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory
Strongly Preferred:
- Experience at companies known for world-class sales training and development
- A hunter mentality: comfortable with cold outreach, gatekeepers, and long sales cycles
Pay
$55,000-60,000 annually
Actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
