The Associate Technician is an entry‑level position into the Field Technician career path. Working under experienced technicians, the Associate Technician assists in the installation, maintenance, and repair of utility‑scale solar energy systems, helps assemble and replace solar panels, connect electrical components, and perform routine inspections to ensure system efficiency. The role may require travel depending on company needs and reports to the senior site manager or supervisor, with possible task assignments from advanced technical staff.
