Your Contribution
Support customers using CGM proprietary products by answering calls for technical support. Respond to customer inquiries and monitor programs to ensure on-time, effective responses. Provide feedback to the Quality Assurance & Development teams to aid in improving product and processes. Manage multiple open cases and provide timely updates to internal and external customers.
Your Qualification
- Associates Degree or 2 years Call Center/Customer Support experience.
- Must have the ability to pay attention to detail and to work independently.
- Must have the ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills verbally and written.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to multi-task and work efficiently.
