Your Contribution

Support customers using CGM proprietary products by answering calls for technical support. Respond to customer inquiries and monitor programs to ensure on-time, effective responses. Provide feedback to the Quality Assurance & Development teams to aid in improving product and processes. Manage multiple open cases and provide timely updates to internal and external customers.

Your Qualification

  • Associates Degree or 2 years Call Center/Customer Support experience.
  • Must have the ability to pay attention to detail and to work independently.
  • Must have the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills verbally and written.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to multi-task and work efficiently.
