Associate Talent & Experience Program Specialist
About the role
We're seeking an Associate Talent & Experience Program Specialist to support our vision of great team member experiences and strong leadership practices. This role involves executing various talent, leadership, and engagement initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Execute assigned enterprise talent, leadership, performance, development, experience or insights initiatives within defined scope and timelines.
- Develop, maintain and update program resources and tools (e.g., templates, toolkits, guides, process documentation).
- Support consistent application of modern talent, leadership, and experience practices across the organization.
- Partner with HR teams to support alignment and integration of talent, leadership, and experience practices.
- Maintain accurate program documentation and records to support reliable, repeatable enterprise processes.
- Track, analyze, and report on program metrics (e.g., participation, completion, feedback, tool usage) to support evaluation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work-related experience.
- Prior experience supporting or delivering HR, talent, experience, or people-related programs.
- Exposure to enterprise talent, leadership, performance, development, or employee experience initiatives.
- Working knowledge of HR programs, enterprise practices or organizational HR standards.
- Ability to plan and execute work independently within a defined scope while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret feedback and data to inform decisions.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Service-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with HR partners and business leaders.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.
- Work if primarily performed in an office setting.
- Occasional travel for stakeholder workshops, vendor coordination, or program deployments, as needed.
Preferred Experience
- Working with HR systems or reporting tools (e.g. ADP, Perceptyx).

Compensation
Starting hiring range: $23.75 - $31.25. Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for an annual cash bonus based on company performance. Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the typical hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
