The user wants me to reformat a job posting into clean, well-structured semantic HTML. I need to follow specific rules: 1. Use

for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule) 2. Use
  • for lists of duties/requirements/benefits 3. Use

for prose 4. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading 5. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings 6. Preserve ALL substantive information 7. Remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions) 8. Include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it 9. Never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text 10. Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them 11. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones 12. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences Let me analyze the job posting: - Job title: "Associate of Talent and Leadership Development" (mentioned in the text) - Location: McLean, VA (corporate office) - Company: Hilton - Team: Corporate Human Resources, Talent & Leadership Development team - Reports to: Director of Talent and Leadership Development Sections I can identify: 1. About the role / Overview (first paragraph) 2. What You'll Do During a Typical Day (responsibilities) 3. How You'll Collaborate With Others (collaboration) 4. Deliverables You'll Take Ownership Of (deliverables) 5. What It Takes to Make the Stay / Minimum Qualifications (requirements) 6. It Would Be Useful If You Have (preferred qualifications) 7. How We'll Help You Thrive / Benefits (benefits) 8. Pay (pay range mentioned) 9. About Us (company info) I need to structure this with appropriate h3 headings. Let me map: - "About the role" for the opening paragraph - "Responsibilities" for "What You'll Do During a Typical Day" - "Collaboration" for "How You'll Collaborate With Others" (or maybe combine with responsibilities? But it's a distinct section) - "Deliverables" for "Deliverables You'll Take Ownership Of" - "Requirements" for "What It Takes to Make the Stay" (minimum qualifications) - "Preferred Qualifications" for "It Would Be Useful If You Have" - "Benefits" for "How We'll Help You Thrive" - "Pay" for the pay range - "About Us" for the company description But the instructions say to use specific heading names: "About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule". I should use those standard headings where appropriate. "Qualifications" could cover both minimum and preferred. "Skills" might be separate but here skills are embedded in qualifications. I'll use: - About the role - Responsibilities (combining What You'll Do and Deliverables? Or keep separate? The posting has "What You'll Do During a Typical Day" and "Deliverables You'll Take Ownership Of". Both are responsibilities/duties. I could combine into one Responsibilities section with two sub-lists, but the instruction says use

    • for any list. I'll keep them as separate lists under Responsibilities heading, maybe with a brief intro. - Collaboration could be part of Responsibilities or separate. I'll include as a subsection under Responsibilities or as a separate heading? The standard headings don't include Collaboration. I'll include it under Responsibilities as a list. - Requirements for minimum qualifications - Qualifications for preferred qualifications (or maybe combine). The standard headings include both Requirements and Qualifications. I'll use Requirements for minimum, Qualifications for preferred. - Benefits for benefits section - Pay for pay range - About Us for company info (but not a standard heading; maybe omit or include as a section? The instruction says use h3 for section headings like "About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule". "About Us" is not listed, but it's substantive. I'll include it as "About Us" heading anyway, but the instruction says use those headings. However, it says "e.g." so it's not exhaustive. I'll include it. - Schedule not mentioned, so omit. Now, I need to remove boilerplate: The "About Us" section has some marketing fluff but it's substantive company info. I'll keep it. The benefits section has a list of benefits with an asterisk and disclaimer. I'll include the list. Pay range is given: $52,500 – $75,000 and bonus plan. Now, I'll write the HTML fragment. Let me structure:
