Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist
Summary Of Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Cook up interviews and assist with employment offers while delivering a positive candidate experience.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs using recruiting technologies, including Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Cook up pre-employment activities, including background checks and medical examinations.
- Coordinate with the Early Careers Manager on campus recruiting activities, career fairs, university outreach, and student engagement initiatives.
- Represent Cleveland-Cliffs at recruiting events, career fairs, and community outreach programs.
- Travel periodically for recruiting events and campus recruiting activities.
- Support Talent Acquisition projects, process improvement initiatives, and other department activities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.
- One to two years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or corporate HR experience.
- Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HR technology platforms.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work onsite five days per week in West Chester, Ohio.
- Able to travel periodically for career fairs, campus recruiting events, and other Talent Acquisition activities.
