Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist

Summary Of Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
• Cook up interviews and assist with employment offers while delivering a positive candidate experience.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs using recruiting technologies, including Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Cook up pre-employment activities, including background checks and medical examinations.
• Coordinate with the Early Careers Manager on campus recruiting activities, career fairs, university outreach, and student engagement initiatives.
• Represent Cleveland-Cliffs at recruiting events, career fairs, and community outreach programs.
• Travel periodically for recruiting events and campus recruiting activities.
• Support Talent Acquisition projects, process improvement initiatives, and other department activities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.
• One to two years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or corporate HR experience.
• Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HR technology platforms.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work onsite five days per week in West Chester, Ohio.
• Able to travel periodically for career fairs, campus recruiting events, and other Talent Acquisition activities.
