OTHR$63.02/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings where there is real content. The posting includes: - Role and Scope of Position (description) - Starting Rate of Pay: $63.02 (so Pay section) - Essential Functions (list of duties) - Technical Knowledge/Skill/Education/Licenses/Certifications (maybe combine as Requirements/Qualifications/Skills) - Working Conditions (maybe Schedule? Actually includes emergency storm assignment, travel between MA/CT/NH) - Competencies (list) - Worker Type: Regular (metadata) - Number of Openings: 1 (metadata) - Emergency Response: description (maybe part of Working Conditions or separate) - EEO Statement (boilerplate, remove) - VEVRRA Federal Contractor (boilerplate, remove) - Also note: "Eversource will not offer immigration-related sponsorship..." (metadata, maybe include as short p) - Also "Applicants requiring visa sponsorship..." (metadata) - Also "#elecajd" (maybe ignore) - Also "Must successfully pass all required pre-employment assessments." (maybe part of Requirements) We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should include sections only if we have real content. We have: - About the role: could be the Role and Scope of Position description. Use

About the role

then

...

- Responsibilities: Essential Functions list. Use

Responsibilities

then
  • ... each essential function. - Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: Technical Knowledge/Skill/Education/Licenses/Certifications plus Experience, Education, Licenses & Certifications, plus maybe pre-employment assessments, ability to obtain NERC certification, etc. Could combine into one section "Requirements" or split into Qualifications and Skills. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe one section "Requirements" covering all. - Pay: Starting Rate of Pay: $63.02 ->

    Pay

    $63.02 per hour

(or just the rate). Must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". It's specific. - Schedule: Working Conditions includes emergency storm assignment, travel between MA/CT/NH. Also maybe shift work? Not explicitly schedule but we can infer shift work. However we should only create Schedule if posting actually states them. It mentions "Must be available to work emergency storm assignment as required." and "Must be available to travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary." That's more about working conditions, not schedule. There's no explicit schedule like "rotating shifts" etc. Might be better to not create Schedule section unless we have explicit schedule info. The posting does not mention schedule specifics. So we skip Schedule. - Benefits: Not mentioned. So skip. - Competencies: Could be under Skills section. But we already have Requirements covering technical knowledge; we could add a Skills section for competencies like "Build trusting relationships", etc. However we prefer few sections. Could combine competencies into Requirements or maybe a separate Skills section. Since we already have Requirements, we could add a Skills section for competencies. But the instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. If we add Skills, that's another section. Might be okay if we have substantive content. Competencies list is substantive. Could make a Skills section. Alternatively, we could put competencies under Requirements as part of "Qualifications". But the heading list includes Skills as possible. We'll decide to make a Skills section for competencies. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Pay. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all bullet points from Essential Functions, Technical Knowledge etc, Experience, Education, Licenses & Certifications, Working Conditions, Competencies, Visa sponsorship note, Starting Rate of Pay. We must remove boilerplate: EEO statement, VEVRRA, maybe also "Emergency Response: Responding to emergency situations..." is not boilerplate; it's substantive. Keep it maybe under Working Conditions or a separate section? Could be part of Responsibilities? It's about emergency restoration assignment. Could be included under Responsibilities or Working Conditions. Since we have Responsibilities already, we could add a bullet about emergency restoration assignment. But the text: "Emergency Response: Responding to emergency situations to meet customers’ needs is part of every employee’s role. If employed, you will be given an Emergency Restoration assignment. This means you may be called to assist during an emergency outside of your normal responsibilities, work hours and location." That's more about working conditions/role. We could include it under Responsibilities as a bullet. We also have "Worker Type: Regular Number of Openings: 1" - minor metadata; we can fold into a short p or drop. Probably drop as not essential. We also have "#elecajd" - ignore. We also have "Must successfully pass all required pre-employment assessments." - include in Requirements. Now craft HTML. We need to use

    for section headings. Use
    • for lists. Use

for prose. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's draft:

      Pay

      $63.02 per hour

We might also include Working Conditions (emergency storm assignment, travel). We already added emergency restoration assignment under Responsibilities. Could add a bullet about emergency storm assignment and travel under Responsibilities or a separate Working Conditions section. Since we have no Schedule section, we could add a Working Conditions section. But the instruction: prefer few sections. However we already have many sections; adding another may be okay if it's substantive. But we could fold those into Responsibilities as well. Let's add two more bullets under Responsibilities: "Must be available to work emergency storm assignment as required." and "Must be available to travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary." Add them to Responsibilities list. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: Starting Rate of Pay included. Also note "Must successfully pass all required pre
