About the role

The Associate Direct Support Manager oversees Residential and Day Services Programs, ensuring safety, compliance, and quality of life for individuals served.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities and support daily living for individuals served
• Document progress and manage facility maintenance
• Prepare meals and intervene in behavioral issues
• Handle finances and support program planning
• Monitor health and safety of individuals
• Support personal outcomes and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of relevant experience
• Certifications in medication administration, CPR, and first aid (can be obtained post-hire)
