Associate Supply Chain Specialist (Supply Chain Management)

About the Role

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Associate Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Everett, WA, or Seattle, WA. This role focuses on coordinating activities to facilitate the quick return to service for emergent customer requirements, such as AOG situations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities to facilitate the quick return to service for emergent customer requirements (e.g., AOG)
• Enter, track, monitor, and coordinate customer material and delivery requirements for emergent escalations
• Advise customers regarding order status, changes, or improvements on AOG Hard Grounded requirements
• Act as a liaison communicating with internal and external stakeholders to identify and drive solutions for customer hard-grounded aircraft situations
• Review and decipher engineering data for alternate problem resolution
• Support suppliers by identifying constraints and assisting with mitigation plans
• Assist in the collection and processing of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services, including repair capabilities and capacity
• Act as a liaison with multiple stakeholders to accomplish common objectives
• Assess and analyze customer escalations and formulate problem resolutions
• Use multiple Boeing systems in a fast-paced environment for AOG Hard Grounded requirements

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience working in Supply Chain
• Must be able to work any shift
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Able to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines

Qualifications

• Preferred: Customer service experience
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Preferred: Experience working as a Supply Chain Specialist

Pay

Summary pay range: $66,000 - $106,950. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

This is not an Export Control position. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. The employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status. This position is for 1st shift.
