Responsibilities

  • Help clients succeed in accomplishing their strategic management objectives by analyzing current capabilities, evaluating improvement opportunities, and developing implementation roadmaps.
  • Apply the firm’s analytical frameworks and methodologies (e.g., STAR, World Class IT, Digital Maturity Assessment) to client assignments, working closely with senior consultants to unpack complex situations and develop impactful recommendations.
  • Engage in idea generation, hypothesis formulation, primary and secondary research, data collection and synthesis, industry trend analysis, and model creation.
  • Develop client presentations and communicate recommendations effectively.

Requirements

  • At least 2-6 years of post-undergraduate experience in a professional services, strategy, or management consulting environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or related fields with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
  • Graduate school experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and synthesize large amounts of data.
  • Business and technology acumen, with concrete examples of solving complex business problems.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet and presentation applications (e.g., MS PowerPoint, MS Excel).
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau) or visualization tools (e.g., MS Visio) is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, outcome-oriented approach, and a bias for action.
  • High intellectual curiosity and commitment to professional and personal development.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Relationship-driven with a proven ability to build collaborative working relationships.
  • Team player with a willingness to learn from others.
  • Ideally located within the Eastern time zone or able to work according to Eastern time.
  • Ability to work fully remotely, with occasional travel to client sites and quarterly in-person team offsites.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is preferred.
