About the role
The role is designed for an individual earlier in their career who is intellectually sharp, highly adaptable, and capable of mastering diverse challenges across real estate, technology, and private equity. This position serves as a force multiplier within the Rex ecosystem, executing high-stakes projects, supporting leadership priorities, and ensuring seamless coordination across ventures.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-impact projects: Support initiatives across real estate, tech, private equity, and insurance ventures, driving tasks to completion with precision and accountability.
- Apply analytical problem-solving: Research, analyze, and synthesize data into actionable insights that inform executive decision-making.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate across diverse teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment, clarity, and progress on complex projects.
- Adapt and learn quickly: Jump into unfamiliar subject areas, mastering new skills and concepts at speed.
- Support leadership priorities: Work directly with senior leaders on strategic initiatives, providing leverage through disciplined execution.
- Deliver with excellence: Ensure every deliverable—whether a model, report, or project milestone—meets institutional-quality standards.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of professional experience in consulting, finance, operations, or project-based roles; top-tier new graduates will also be considered.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver projects with precision under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; highly proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and research tools.
- Intellectual curiosity and adaptability; thrives on learning new domains quickly and deeply.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information clearly and concisely.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in project management, preferably in a corporate or startup setting.
- Knowledge of financial modeling and investment analysis.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
