About the Team
The Strategic Fund Financing team focuses on sourcing and optimizing credit facilities across the PFS platform. These include asset-backed facilities secured by HPS fund investments, subscription facilities secured by capital commitments from HPS investors, as well as more bespoke financings.
Responsibilities
- Manage compliance with credit facility terms, including ongoing Borrowing Base compliance
- Coordinate with Legal and Business Development on new fund pipeline and investor requests
- Source term sheets for new opportunities
- Amend agreements or refinance where necessary to stay current on market terms
- Manage various existing asset warehousing arrangements
- Coordinate with operational teams with respect to mechanics of facility closings and daily monitoring
- Review and compare leverage across funds to ensure leverage targets are met
- Review fund investments for inclusion in asset facilities
- Manage loan approval process with lenders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
- 3-7 years of experience in the financial services industry
- Understanding of credit facilities and/or CLOs
- Understanding of bank loans
- Proficient in Excel and Outlook
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team
- Desire for a fast-paced environment
Pay
For New York, NY, the salary range for this position is USD $105,000.00 - USD $135,000.00. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

Schedule
BlackRock’s hybrid work model requires employees to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week. Some business groups may require more time in the office due to their roles and responsibilities.
