Qualifications
- Proficiency in ITIL best practices and service management frameworks.
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and virtualization technologies.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of IT professionals.
Skills
