Associate Software Engineer

Location: Hybrid role based in Seattle, WA.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for PED rollout
• Ensure operational stability and minimal down time of core Retail Payment systems daily
• Document and share the steps of resolutions
• Establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with business, technology and store partners
• Communicate complex ideas and concepts to non-technical peers and customers
• Effectively manage and partner with technology vendors to deliver against business objectives
• Uphold company policies, and legal/regulatory requirements

Skills

• Helpdesk and account provisioning experience
• Communication with customers or external parties
• Working knowledge of Service Now, Jira, Meraki and Splunk (required)
• Remote management experience
• Software distribution experience
• General network troubleshooting
• Experience with Financial, payments or fraud detection systems (preferred)
• POS Support experience, especially with Oracle Simphony (preferred)

Pay

The base compensation range for this role in Seattle, WA is $43,984 – $105,600. In addition to base salary, the role may be eligible for variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions depending on the position and applicable laws.
