Associate Software Engineer

About the role

This role supports the development and deployment of software solutions that meet customer requirements and operate in scalable, highly available environments. The position involves designing, implementing, and testing software components using technologies such as virtualization, microservices, software-defined networking, network functions virtualization, and big data platforms. The work requires collaboration with engineering teams and adherence to detailed instructions under close supervision to complete routine technical assignments. Success is measured by the ability to deliver functional software stacks, maintain clear documentation, and contribute to continuous system improvements. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement software solutions to meet customer requirements and support scalable, highly available environments
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation for software code, system designs, and business requirements
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver software solutions and communicate technical ideas effectively
• Contribute to the understanding and application of current and emerging technologies to support business goals
• Identify and share ideas for system analysis and continuous improvement of existing processes and services
• Perform other duties or projects as assigned by business management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
• Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science or Engineering (Preferred)
• Less than 2 years of technical engineering experience (Preferred)
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Travel required

Pay

Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $73,590 - $132,660 (combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity). The base pay range is $66,900 - $120,600. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results. The candidate’s actual pay will be based on work location, qualifications, and experience.
