About the role
Tremco CPG is seeking an Associate Smartsheet Administrator to support day-to-day administration and operation of the enterprise Smartsheet platform. This role will assist with user management, reporting, templates, and basic automation to support project delivery, CAPEX initiatives, and PMO reporting.
Responsibilities
- Support administration of the Smartsheet platform under the guidance of senior administrators
- Aid with user setup, permissions, group management, and license tracking
- Maintain standardized project templates, reports and dashboards
- Support PMO and project teams with Smartsheet usage and basic troubleshooting
- Aid with workflow and automation configuration (native Smartsheet tools)
- Contribute to documentation, standards, and user guidance
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1-3 years of experience using Smartsheet or similar work management tools
Skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data, project plans, and status reporting
- Ability to follow governance standards and documented processes
- Exposure to project management, PMO or IT support environments
- Interest in automation, reporting and process management
- Smartsheet training or certification (or willingness to obtain)
