Associate/Senior Associate – US M&A Tax (India)

What You'll Do
- Review data rooms and source documents to organize and track tax and transaction-related information
- Support Information Request Lists, trackers, schedules, data books, and summary tables
- Identify missing information and follow-up items for the U.S. team
- Affiliate with diligence agendas, report drafting, formatting, proofreading, and consistency checks
- Perform tick-and-tie and validation checks across reports and supporting analyses
- Support internal and client-facing presentation materials as needed
- Work closely with U.S.-based senior team members to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality execution across live engagements
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
- CA, CPA, MBA, or similar designation preferred
- Big 4, Big 8, or professional services experience strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage deadlines
- Comfortable working remotely with global teams in a U.S.-facing support model
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
- Willingness to travel to Canada and the U.S.
