The optimal candidate will be an analytically sharp associate who can break down complex legal matters, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and deliver precise, high-quality work product under pressure. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential, as is the judgment to determine when to act independently versus when to escalate issues. What You'll Do On Our Team
- Work on sophisticated, high-profile transactions for top-tier clients across industries.
- Take ownership of key deal components from inception to close, working directly with partners and clients.
- Structure, draft, and negotiate complex deal documents.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, tax, intellectual property, and regulatory specialists.

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree (or LL.M./foreign equivalent) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the New York Bar (or eligibility to become admitted) and in good standing.
- Approximately 1+ years of relevant law firm experience.
- Experience advising on debt capital markets transactions.
- Strong drafting, analytical and negotiation skills.
- Commercial awareness and ability to see the broader business context.
- Strong communication, organization and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and perform well under pressure.
- Client-service oriented, collaborative and proactive.
- Fluency in English.
