About the role

Support oligonucleotide synthesis method development, optimization, and scale-up. Assist with downstream processing method development and execution of in-process analytical testing. Collaborate with research and process scientists to develop robust processes for novel chemistries.

Requirements

• BS in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with 1-3 years of lab experience, preferably in an industrial setting
• Basic understanding of analytical techniques (pH, osmolality, conductivity measurement, HPLC, LC-MS, etc.)
• Related hands-on experience is preferred
• Knowledge of oligonucleotide manufacture process, including phosphoramidite chemistry, chromatography, and ultrafiltration, is a plus
• Experience in record-keeping and excellent laboratory documentation practice are required

Pay

$74,330 - $92,907 (dependent on experience)
