Associate Scientist Flow Cytometry
Job Summary
Perform routine laboratory testing and analytical procedures in a regulated environment. Ensure accurate documentation, data integrity, and compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards while supporting laboratory operations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Perform and document analytical procedures in accordance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines
- Analyze routine laboratory data to ensure procedures are performing within acceptable tolerances
- Identify, document, and escalate deviations or atypical results to senior laboratory personnel
- Prepare samples, buffers, and solutions required for analytical testing activities
- Support quality investigations, deviations, and corrective action processes
- Maintain, calibrate, and document laboratory equipment performance
- Assist with onboarding and guide entry-level staff on routine laboratory procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings clearly and accurately
The Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Needed For This Role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in laboratory documentation and analysis
- Working knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and safety procedures
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 6 months experience in a regulated laboratory environment
- Proficiency with relevant laboratory techniques and analytical methods
- Experience working with laboratory automation or specialized equipment

Potential Base Pay Range
The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $41,400.00 - $86,100.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
