Key Responsibilities
- Execute and analyze experiments with minimal supervision
- Work with human samples (PBMCs, whole blood) using established protocols including:
- Flow cytometry
- Luminex
- ELISA
- Cell culture (primary immune cells preferred)
- RNA extraction, qPCR
- Generate, document, and interpret data
- Optimize assays and troubleshoot experiments
- Operate key lab platforms and ensure data quality
- Communicate results and collaborate across teams
Required Skills
- Flow cytometry
- Luminex
- ELISA
- Cell culture (primary immune cells preferred)
- RNA extraction, qPCR
- Basic data analysis
- Strong lab execution and attention to detail
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Team-oriented, collaborative mindset
- Strong hands-on lab skills and experience with human samples
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience
- OR equivalent combination of education and experience
