Associate Scientist

As a The Associate Scientist, they will support laboratory operations and product development activities under the direction of Senior Scientists. This role is ideal for an early-career scientist eager to grow technical expertise, gain hands-on lab experience, and contribute to innovative clean-label ingredient solutions.

How will you contribute

• Perform laboratory testing and experiments following SOPs, GLPs, and GMPs
• Prepare reagents, samples, and solutions for development and customer projects
• Support data collection, documentation, and reporting of test results
• Maintain lab equipment, instrumentation, and workspaces
• Aid in chemical inventory, storage, and waste management
• Assist in cross-training in sensory evaluation and analytical testing techniques
• Enter and manage data in laboratory and manufacturing systems
• Communicate findings and issues clearly with lab and operations teams
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
• Support trade show and customer sample preparation
• Occasionally work night shifts based on project needs

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with up to 2 years of industrial experience, or a Master’s degree
• Background in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related scientific discipline
• Strong analytical, organizational, and mathematical skills
