Associate Sales Consultant (Atlanta GA)

About the role

Biodesix is seeking an Associate Sales Consultant to support a territory that includes Atlanta GA. Candidates must live within the territory to be considered, as local residency is critical for building strong relationships with providers, responding quickly to customer needs, and efficiently managing travel across the region.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Pulmonary Sales Consultants to drive adoption of Biodesix products
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers
• Support customer needs and resolve issues quickly and professionally
• Learn the science behind our diagnostics and explain it clearly to others
• Stay organized and responsive through timely CRM updates and follow-ups

Requirements

• A track record of persistence, drive, and teamwork—whether in sales, school, sports, or elsewhere
• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of related sales experience preferred (not required)
• Grit, curiosity, and a customer-first mindset
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50%

Qualifications

• Pharmaceutical sales experience is not preferred for this role

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers
• Proficiency in using CRM systems
