Payrate: $100.00 - $105.00/hr.

Summary

The team focuses on advancing robotic learning and foundation models. Responsibilities include fine-tuning and improving software projects, architecting test automation, developing pipelines, analyzing datasets, and deploying algorithms. Qualifications require a Master's degree in a technical field, Python and PyTorch experience, and related experience. Skills include simulation and robotic hardware experience, troubleshooting, and familiarity with specific machine learning models.

Responsibilities

• Fine-tune and improve a variety of sophisticated software implementation projects.
• Architect, design, and implement test automation infrastructure.
• Develop training and evaluation pipelines using Azure Machine Learning.
• Analyze and refine training datasets for robotic and AI applications.
• Develop tools for fast deployment of client algorithms in simulation and on hardware.
• Integrate robotic control and perception stacks with simulation frameworks.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field required.
• 5+ years of Python experience.
• 2+ years of PyTorch experience.
• 1+ year of ROS2 experience.
• 5-7 years of related experience required.
• A solid foundation in computer science, including strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Experience in programming and problem diagnosis and resolution.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Skills

• Experience with using simulation environments or robotic hardware.
• Experience performing in-depth troubleshooting and unit testing with both new and legacy production systems.
• Familiarity with training robotic models such as vision-language-action models, diffusion models, reinforcement learning policies.
• Familiarity with either simulation environments or robotic hardware for system integration.

Pay Transparency

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $100.00 - $105.00 /hour. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law.
