Associate Researcher I- Pharmacological Sciences

About the role

This is a laboratory research position responsible for the independent conduct of routine and standardized experiments. The Associate Researcher I assists in interpreting research outcomes, performs assays to support research studies, and helps maintain the laboratory environment and supply inventory.

Responsibilities

• Conducts routine and standardized experiments using appropriate research techniques specific to the subject matter of the research project.
• Analyzes and assists in interpreting moderately complex results and laboratory outcomes.
• Performs assays to support research studies.
• Maintains the laboratory environment and assists in the upkeep of appropriate inventory, including ordering supplies.
• Logs and tests samples; prepares and submits laboratory materials and specimens for shipment.
• Assists in new and unexpected research experiments and techniques.
• Assists in the collection, analysis, and review of experimental data for publication and presentation.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science or a related field required.
• No prior experience required; one year of research experience preferred.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $58,661 – $80,211.02 annually. Actual salaries depend on experience, education, and operational need and do not include bonuses, incentive pay, or other forms of compensation.
