About the Role
The Associate Recruiter is a hands-on contributor responsible for supporting full lifecycle recruiting across all functions at TriNet. This role partners closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners to source, assess, and hire talent while building strong recruiting fundamentals, market expertise, and stakeholder credibility. The Associate Recruiter brings strong sourcing capabilities, a passion for candidate experience, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruiting activities including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support.
- Execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach to build diverse talent pipelines.
- Develop and maintain passive candidate pipelines across multiple job families and functional areas.
- Conduct resume reviews and initial candidate screens to assess skills, experience, and alignment with role requirements.
- Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to ensure timely communication, feedback loops, and positive candidate experiences.
- Draft and deliver compelling outreach messaging to engage prospective candidates.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools to manage requisitions, candidate workflows, and reporting.
- Track recruiting activity and key metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and source effectiveness.
- Support compliance with hiring policies, employment laws, and inclusive hiring practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to recruiting processes, tools, and candidate experience.
- Represent TriNet’s employment brand through professional, consistent candidate interactions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
- 5+ years professional experience in recruitment or human resources preferred.
- 2–4 years of recruiting experience, either in-house or with an agency.
- Demonstrated strength in sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
- Exposure to full lifecycle recruiting across multiple role types and functions preferred.
Skills
- Strong sourcing skills including Boolean search construction and talent mapping.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, iCIMS, Oracle, Eightfold, or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of recruiting compliance and equitable hiring practices.
- Ability to learn and recruit across diverse functional disciplines.
- Collaborative mindset with a strong focus on candidate experience.

Pay
The salary range for this role in Atlanta, GA is $52,500.00 to $88,625.00. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on skills, education, work location, and experience. Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
