Required Experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable working on job sites
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Basic technology skills
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Residential or commercial construction experience
- Trade, carpentry, or general contracting background
- Experience coordinating subcontractors
- Exposure to Xactimate, Symbility, or estimating tools
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $55K–$65K based on experience
- Total compensation potential: $65K–$95K+ with performance incentives
