Associate Quality Analyst I
Responsibilities
- Generate trend monitoring reports for quality and technical customers using current technology platforms.
- Collaborate with in-house programmers and the Business Technology Team to provide feedback and improve automated functionality of JMP/VBA, Minitab, Power BI, and TIBCO reporting tools.
- Engage in data entry/verification, statistical report review, and maintain logs for report tracking.
- Use good personal and communication skills to work effectively in a deadline-oriented team environment.
Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for statistical analysis.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective interpersonal relations and negotiation skills.
- Able to manage time efficiently and work independently with minimal direction.
Qualifications
- Degree in Science, Mathematics, or a related field preferred, but not required.
- Some statistical experience, including trend analysis and basic knowledge of mathematics and statistics.
- Familiarity with statistical or analytical tools is beneficial but not required.
- Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in statistical analysis, laboratory work, or related fields are preferred.
- Early-career professionals with some industry exposure are ideal.
Work Environment
- The work environment includes a hybrid schedule with Tuesday to Thursday onsite and Monday and Friday remote work.
- Employees will utilize a variety of computational and analytical tools without requiring advanced coding, analytics, or data science expertise.
- The role is focused on executing established analyses in a collaborative team setting.
Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
