Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact and liaison for clients to ensure their total satisfaction.
• Interact with clients and associates on an ongoing basis, providing support in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
• Share financial knowledge, education, and strategies for business matters, investments, insurance-based protection, retirement, savings, and estate planning.
• Develop and implement customized financial plans tailored to clients' unique needs and goals.
• Guide and support clients throughout various financial processes including budgeting, debt reduction, investing, and retirement planning.
• Think creatively and collaborate with a team of like-minded individuals to contribute to the mission of making a difference.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic, integrity, perseverance, desire to grow, and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Preferred backgrounds in customer service, leadership, coaching, or management.
• Education, military, or service-oriented experience.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• A desire to help individuals and families improve their financial futures.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check.
• Age 18 or older.
• U.S. citizen.
