About the role

We are seeking a few ambitious and driven individuals to join our part-time leadership team. The ideal candidate wants to make a positive impact in our communities by addressing the issue of financial illiteracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact and liaison for clients to ensure their total satisfaction.
• Interact with clients and associates you are personally responsible for on an ongoing basis, providing the support needed in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
• Share financial knowledge, education, and strategies for business matters, investments, insurance-based protection, retirement, savings, and estate planning with clients and business owners.
• Develop customized financial plans that fit clients' unique needs and goals.
• Guide and support clients through various financial processes such as budgeting, debt reduction, investing, and retirement planning.
• Think creatively and collaborate with a team of like-minded individuals who share a passion for making a difference.

Requirements

• Strong communication and people skills.
• A desire to help individuals and families improve their financial futures.
• Must pass a background check.
• Age 18 or older.
• U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• Preferred backgrounds include customer service, leadership, coaching, or management.
• Education, military, or service-oriented experience is beneficial.
• Desire to grow and have an entrepreneurial spirit.
