About the role

Goshen Therapeutic Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Therapists (APC, LMSW, AMFT) to join our team and provide in-person counseling services within a trauma-responsive, community-based clinical environment. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting school age children and young adults (ages 5-20) in the Cartersville, GA area. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering a safe, supportive space for youth.

Compensation

Salary: Competitive base salary ($45,000 - $50,000), with eligibility for performance-based incentives and bonus opportunities. Flexible scheduling. Sign-on bonus may be available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based individual, family, and trauma-informed therapy
  • Develop and maintain treatment plans and assessments
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and DFCS partners
  • Maintain clinical documentation and billing compliance
  • Attend and participate in staff meetings and training

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy
  • Provisional licensure in the state of Georgia (APC, LMSW, AMFT)
  • Eligibility for approved supervision
  • Must submit a valid and official transcript showing proof of degree awarded
  • Strong clinical judgment and ethical practice
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and the like
  • Valid Driver’s License with good driving record and proof of insurance meeting required 100/300/100 liability coverage, and be insurable by GVF's auto insurance carrier
  • Complete and pass a criminal background check, safety screenings, health exam and drug screen
