About the Role
The Associate Project Support will perform specific assigned activities supporting the Project Manager of the project. This position is based in Baltimore, Maryland.
Responsibilities
- Ensure prompt recording of project correspondence on Project SharePoint sites and tracking logs for correspondence to/from clients and to/from subcontractors.
- Ensure prompt releases of submittals to the client following release from the project team.
- Preparation of customer monthly progress reports through data maintained by the Associate Project Support, as well as data provided by the Project team and PM.
- Support preparation of Monthly/Quarterly Project Review presentations in PowerPoint by the PM.
- Preparation of Project Progress Payment documentation and invoicing to the Project client.
- Support preparation of Variation Orders for the Projects.
- Contribute to the maintenance of the Project Management Plan.
- Support the Project Manager for any other specific task as appropriate.
Requirements
- 0 to 3 years expertise in a Project Management role.
- Ability to support many projects and Project Managers simultaneously.
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and PM Certification or Equivalent Technical Background.
- Written and spoken English proficiency.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $116,000 per year. Final pay is determined by the candidate’s experience, skillset and ability level, internal equity, and location.
