Associate Project Mgr - Core

About the role

Associate Project Manager working in Milwaukee, WI as part of the Project Management and Commercialization team. You will plan, organize, schedule, and manage the implementation of leadership-approved projects in the Molson Coors way. The majority of projects support the commercial aspirations of core brands, import/export business, and commitments to contract partners. This position reports to the Core Program Manager and collaborates closely with Forecasting, Planning, and Commercialization teams.

Responsibilities

• Utilize internal, external, and consultant resources to achieve objectives and complete projects
• Analyze data and recognize detrimental trends that could impact the company through increased costs, regulatory issues, or risk management impact
• Apply project management and other expertise to the implementation of approved projects while assisting with the development of project management capacity in the Company
• Lead supply chain execution of large capital transformation projects and packaging cost savings initiatives
• Develop design concepts and cost estimates for large and complex projects
• Maintain customer focus and involvement throughout project lifecycle

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or 3+ years of Project Management experience with CPG experience
• Proven track record of achievement in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment
• Skilled negotiator focused on the client; curiosity fosters innovative style and ability to execute ideas
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Power BI

Pay

$94,000.00 – $123,400.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short-term incentive + ~$23,000 average spent on benefits per employee.
