Associate Project Manager – Quotations

About the role
You’ll manage opportunities from initial customer inquiry through quotation and proposal submission, coordinating between customers, Sales, manufacturers, engineering, purchasing, and internal operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned quotation opportunities and deadlines
- Review plans, specifications, addenda, and customer requirements
- Develop accurate project quotations
- Coordinate pricing, lead times, product information, and recommendations with manufacturers
- Support product selection and solution development
- Prepare proposal and quotation packages
- Communicate directly with customers and Sales
- Track project milestones and follow up on open items
- Maintain accurate project documentation
- Identify discrepancies, risks, or delays and escalate them when needed

Qualifications
Required: Associate degree in a relevant field with 2+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain, or a related field, along with experience in quotations, estimating, project coordination, customer service, sales support, construction, infrastructure, utility, transportation, or technical support.
Pay
The annual starting salary for this position is between $60,000 to $75,000 per year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
