Position Summary
The Associate Project Manager, Operations is responsible in assisting with company projects including technical implementation and continued enhancements by adhering to contractual guidelines and fostering an open line of communication with both internal and external team members.
Essential Functions
- Manages multiple projects at one time maintaining project plans, coordinating and prioritizing project tasks, managing timelines, scheduling meetings, assisting in moving project to next steps and communicating regular status updates.
- Attends project meetings, provides status updates and facilitates meetings when needed.
- Mets with vendors or internal parties to clarify specific requirements for each project including documenting needed workflows to ensure team members are aligned with the project vision.
- Follows up with other project contributors to ensure project goals are on track.
- PARTNERS WITH LEADERS TO DEVELOP COMPREHENSIVE PROJECT PLANS TO BE SHARED WITH VENDORS AS WELL AS OTHER STAFF MEMBERS.
- Tracks project performance and keeps a project history log to provide clear updates as well as to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
- PROVIDES ONGOING ANALYSIS OF THE IVR AND WORKS WITH THE VENDOR AND CCS ASSOCIATES TO IDENTIFY NEW ENHANCEMENTS.
- PERFORMS TESTING AS PART OF USER ACCEPTANCE REQUIREMENTS.
- LEADS POST-ISSUE REVIEW TO IDENTIFY PROJECT SUCCESSES AND CHALLENGES TO AID IN FUTURE PROJECT MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of implementation or similar experience working in Project management.
- Previous project management in a technical environment is preferred.
- Salesforce administration experience a plus.
- Creative thinker who can fully understand business objectives and apply appropriate solutions.
- Proven analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Problem solver who is flexible and adaptable to new ideas and improvements.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work on several projects at once.
- Able to work effectively independently and as a team member, collaborating, contributing and cooperating with team members.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Receptive to feedback, willing to learn, embraces continuous improvement, and responsive to change.
Education
- Associate’s degree or directly related equivalent experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
