About the role

Michels Underground Cable, Inc. is a trusted underground line and duct bank contractor. The company installs underground cables for various purposes, improving lives through reliable power transmission, communication networks, and renewable energy integration.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as project support by planning, organizing, and implementing project management principles.
  • Demonstrate understanding of business operations, handling changes, and knowing who to contact for inquiries.
  • Show ability to work independently and as part of a team, meet deadlines, and anticipate and meet internal customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field, with 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, job cost tracking software, estimating software, or Primavera (desired).
  • A valid driver’s license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to travel and commit to long-term onsite projects.

Qualifications

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, job cost tracking software, estimating software, or Primavera.
  • A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to travel and commit to long-term onsite projects.

Skills

Pay

The expected salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 USD. Actual pay will be adjusted based on individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
