Responsibilities

  • Lead with Impact: Drive site civil projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with high standards and client expectations.
  • Design with Precision: Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision for cutting-edge project design and analysis.
  • Cultivate Relationships: Build and nurture strong client relationships, delivering exceptional results.
  • Expand Horizons: Identify and seize new business opportunities to contribute to firm growth.
  • Manage Financials: Oversee project financials, including billing and invoicing, for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Mentor and Inspire: Guide and support junior staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
  • Ensure Quality: Implement rigorous quality control measures to uphold high standards.
  • Grow Professionally: Work closely with a mentor to enhance business development skills, proposal writing, and invoicing expertise.

Requirements

  • Licensure: A Professional Engineer license preferred.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision technologies.
  • Experience: Proven track record in managing land development projects.
  • Communication Skills: Strong client management and interpersonal abilities.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrated skills in business development and proactive approach to opportunities.
  • Leadership: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate junior team members.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
  • Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in land development.
