Responsibilities
- Lead with Impact: Drive site civil projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with high standards and client expectations.
- Design with Precision: Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision for cutting-edge project design and analysis.
- Cultivate Relationships: Build and nurture strong client relationships, delivering exceptional results.
- Expand Horizons: Identify and seize new business opportunities to contribute to firm growth.
- Manage Financials: Oversee project financials, including billing and invoicing, for accuracy and efficiency.
- Mentor and Inspire: Guide and support junior staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
- Ensure Quality: Implement rigorous quality control measures to uphold high standards.
- Grow Professionally: Work closely with a mentor to enhance business development skills, proposal writing, and invoicing expertise.
Requirements
- Licensure: A Professional Engineer license preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision technologies.
- Experience: Proven track record in managing land development projects.
- Communication Skills: Strong client management and interpersonal abilities.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrated skills in business development and proactive approach to opportunities.
- Leadership: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate junior team members.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
- Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in land development.
