About the Role
Atwell is seeking an Associate Project Manager to lead and oversee innovative commercial and residential land development projects in Newark, Delaware.
Responsibilities
- Drive site civil projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with high standards and client expectations.
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision for cutting-edge project design and analysis.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, delivering exceptional results.
- Identify and seize new business opportunities to contribute to firm growth.
- Oversee project financials, including billing and invoicing, for accuracy and efficiency.
- Guide and support junior staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Implement rigorous quality control measures to uphold high standards.
- Work closely with a mentor to enhance business development, proposal writing, and invoicing skills.
Requirements
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Delaware.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision technologies.
- Proven track record managing commercial and residential land development projects.
- Strong client management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated business development skills and a proactive approach to opportunities.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and leadership abilities.
