About the Role

Atwell is seeking an Associate Project Manager to lead and oversee innovative commercial and residential land development projects in Newark, Delaware.

Responsibilities

• Drive site civil projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with high standards and client expectations.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision for cutting-edge project design and analysis.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, delivering exceptional results.
• Identify and seize new business opportunities to contribute to firm growth.
• Oversee project financials, including billing and invoicing, for accuracy and efficiency.
• Guide and support junior staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Implement rigorous quality control measures to uphold high standards.
• Work closely with a mentor to enhance business development, proposal writing, and invoicing skills.

Requirements

• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Delaware.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision technologies.
• Proven track record managing commercial and residential land development projects.
• Strong client management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated business development skills and a proactive approach to opportunities.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and leadership abilities.
