Associate Project Manager I

About the role

The Associate Project Manager I is an entry-level position responsible for providing collaborative support to the groups' pharmaceutical projects. This role supports the planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controlling aspects of projects and works closely with Project and Program Managers on assigned projects.

Responsibilities

• Supports department staff in project management activities.
• Affords assistance in the planning and implementation of projects with oversight.
• Supports aspects of complex projects as requested.
• Learns and implements Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and Medical Device Design Control requirements for projects.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts to conduct data analysis and risk assessments in relation to compliance with established procedures.
• Presents analysis results to managers or senior management.
• Coordinates communications as warranted by project scope.
• Tracks proposed projects and resolves issues related to the proposed projects.
• Fulfills the role of liaison with internal customers on projects.
• Ensures that proper processes are being followed and assists in establishing new processes as required.

• Physical demands: Stooping, reaching, mobility, communication, PPE, sedentary work, fine motor control, vision.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project management or a related field.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of GCP and Medical Device Design Control.

Pay

$60,000 - $70,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.

Monday - Friday (40 hrs/wk) 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
