About the role

The Associate Project Manager supports the Project Management Staff in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Must live a commutable distance to Parsippany NJ and have a background in Environment or the Sciences. This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in a customer service position.

Responsibilities

  • Create projects in LIMs based on quotes or existing projects
  • Create bottle orders
  • Schedule courier as needed
  • Review sample logins
  • Generate subcontract paperwork
  • Sends client sample receipt confirmation
  • Reviews draft invoice
  • Confirms that any client needed information is recorded in LIMs
  • Create and issue final deliverables
  • Invoicing
  • Reviews final invoice before issuing to client
  • Performs invoice corrections as needed
  • Provides coverage with client communication when Project Managers are out of the office.
  • Affords assistance with any other tasks as assigned
  • Demonstrates and promotes the company vision

Qualifications

  • Education: Associates Degree (four years client-relationship/client service experience may substitute for a degree)
  • Experience: 1-3 years customer service experience
  • Great attention to detail
  • Proficient in various computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional communication skills
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
  • Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English.

Benefits

Compensation: $20-24/hour
