We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Transparency Statement", "Equal Opportunity" etc. Keep substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Let's extract sections: - Hybrid arrangement mention: "This position allows for a hybrid arrangement with a mix of work from home and in the office." That's about work arrangement; could be part of "About the role" or maybe "Schedule"? Not exactly schedule. Could be part of "About the role". We'll include in About the role. - Responsibilities: The paragraph after "Requirements" actually seems like responsibilities list. The heading "Requirements" appears but then content is responsibilities. Actually the posting: "Requirements This position will interface..." So they mislabel. We need to treat content as responsibilities. So we will create a

Responsibilities

with list items from that block. Let's extract responsibilities bullet points (they are sentences separated by line breaks). We'll convert each to
  • . List: - Understand S&L and client procedures and processes, and ensure project team deliverables are in compliance - Implement project controls and project management tools and methodology - Assemble supporting data and documentation in response to project team and client requests - Create workflows, processes, flowcharts, and procedures - Support contract processing and new project setup - Develop and compile periodic project reporting to support project monitoring and decision making - Compile and coordinate the preparation of invoice packages - Process Subcontractor Purchase Orders with procurement department - Work with project management and controls department to maintain budgets, update accruals, and forecast cash flow - Prepare, maintain, and track Change Order Logs and RFI Logs - Attend project walkdowns and regular site visits to interface with contractors and material vendors - Attend or run regular project stakeholder meetings and document minutes to disperse to the team - Help prepare and compile proposals, org charts, and PowerPoint presentations - Coordinate with project management to organize, report and present project financials, schedule status, risks and mitigation plans, contract backlogs, project status, and staffing plans - Provide training and supervise administrative assistants - Travel to client offices and project sites, as required Now after that we have "Qualifications" heading. Then content: "We do not sponsor employees for work authorization in the U.S. for this position." That's a qualification/requirement. Then "Essential Skills And Experience" list. We need to separate Qualifications vs Skills? The instruction: Use headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can decide to put "Qualifications" for things like education, work authorization, etc. And "Skills" for essential skills and experience, valued but not required, etc. Thus: Qualifications section: include "We do not sponsor employees for work authorization in the U.S. for this position." Also maybe "A high school diploma or GED" and "Comfortable with approximately 10-25% domestic travel". Those are qualifications. Also maybe "Essential Skills And Experience" list is skills. "Valued But Not Required Skills And Experience" also skills. Also "Technology & Innovation" paragraph maybe skills? Could be part of Skills. Now Benefits: we have a big block about benefits under "About Sargent & Lundy". That includes health plans, financial benefits, work-life balance etc. We'll extract those as Benefits section. Pay: we have "Compensation Range $74,353 - $113,595". Also maybe mention discretionary bonus. We'll include Pay section with that range and note about yearly discretionary bonus. Schedule: we have hybrid arrangement mention; maybe also travel percentage. Could be schedule. We'll include Schedule section with hybrid arrangement and travel 10-25% domestic. Now About the role: we have introductory sentences: "This position allows for a hybrid arrangement..." but we moved hybrid to Schedule. Maybe About the role includes description: "This position will interface with project team leadership and stakeholders to coordinate project management functions throughout the project life cycle in support of Grid work. The role will provide an opportunity to understand and develop solutions to meet Project Management needs and Client requirements for the successful execution of projects." That's from after "Requirements" heading but actually part of responsibilities? Actually that sentence appears before the list of tasks. Let's capture: After "Requirements" heading, the text: "This position will interface with project team leadership and stakeholders to coordinate project management functions throughout the project life cycle in support of Grid work. The role will provide an opportunity to understand and develop solutions to meet Project Management needs and Client requirements for the successful execution of projects. Using a variety of industry and proprietary software tools, and under the direction of project leadership, you may perform the following tasks:" Then the list. Thus About the role could be those two sentences before the list. We'll put them in About the role. Now we must not repeat job title. No headings for minor metadata. Now produce HTML fragment. We'll structure:

    About the role

This position will interface with project team leadership and stakeholders to coordinate project management functions throughout the project life cycle in support of Grid work. The role will provide an opportunity to understand and develop solutions to meet Project Management needs and Client requirements for the successful execution of projects. Using a variety of industry and proprietary software tools, and under the direction of project leadership, you may perform the following tasks:

    • ...
    • ...
But note we already used "Using a variety..." as intro sentence; maybe we keep it in paragraph before list. Now Responsibilities? Actually we already put tasks under About the role? But we need Responsibilities section separate. The instruction: Use headings for sections; we can have both About the role and Responsibilities. However the tasks are responsibilities. So maybe About the role is brief overview, Responsibilities is the list. Let's do: About the role: short overview (first two sentences). Then Responsibilities: list of tasks. Thus:

    About the role

This position will interface with project team leadership and stakeholders to coordinate project management functions throughout the project life cycle in support of Grid work. The role will provide an opportunity to understand and develop solutions to meet Project Management needs and Client requirements for the successful execution of projects.

    Responsibilities

    • Understand S&L and client procedures and processes, and ensure project team deliverables are in compliance
    • ...
Now Qualifications: include work authorization statement, high school diploma/GED, travel 10-25% domestic? Actually travel is more schedule; but we can keep in Qualifications as "Comfortable with approximately 10-25% domestic travel". We'll decide. Qualifications:

We do not sponsor employees for work authorization in the U.S. for this position.

A high school diploma or GED is required.

Comfortable with approximately 10-25% domestic travel.

Now Skills: include Essential Skills And Experience list, Valued But Not Required list, Technology & Innovation paragraph. We'll combine into
maybe separate subheadings? But we cannot add extra headings beyond allowed; but we can still have paragraphs and lists. We'll do:

Now Pay: "Compensation Range $74,353 - $113,595". Also "Individuals may also be eligible to participate in our yearly discretionary bonus." We'll include. Now Schedule: hybrid arrangement and travel 10-25% domestic (though we already used travel in Qualifications; maybe better to move travel to Schedule). Let's decide: Travel is schedule aspect. We'll put hybrid arrangement and travel in Schedule. Then Qualifications will not include travel. Thus Qualifications: work authorization statement, high school diploma/GED. Schedule: hybrid arrangement and travel. Let's adjust. Qualifications:
