Responsibilities

  • Aid Project Managers in coordinating residential renovation projects from planning through completion.
  • Support pre-purchase property inspections and scope development.
  • Aid with scheduling contractors, vendors, inspections, and deliveries to maintain project timelines.
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to Project Managers.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, budgets, schedules, and job files.
  • Cookordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure work is completed.
  • Conduct routine site visits to document project progress.
  • Monitor project milestones and escalate scheduling or budget concerns to the Project Manager.
  • Support permit, inspection, and compliance activities as needed.
  • Help ensure job sites remain organized and compliant with company safety expectations.
  • Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Experience in construction, residential renovations, project coordination, construction administration, estimating, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in residential construction, home remodeling, or property renovations is preferred but not required.
  • Internship or entry-level experience in construction project management will also be considered.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Basic understanding of residential construction processes and terminology preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with construction management software is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel between job sites within the market.
  • OSHA 10 preferred.
