Role Overview
The Associate Project Manager (APM) supports active pharma and bioprocessing orders within the Pharma Business Unit. They coordinate order management from initiation to on-time completion, ensuring adherence to customer engagement rules and maintaining project schedules. The APM collaborates with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Operations to track deliverables, manage risks, and communicate project status.
Responsibilities
- Manage the customer order stack
- Build project trackers
- Support financial tracking
- Facilitate customer interactions such as change orders and approvals
Requirements
- BS in a related field
- 0-2 years of experience
- Strong Excel and communication skills
- Comfortable working onsite in a manufacturing environment
