Associate Project Manager

About the role

The Associate Project Manager supports Project Managers by overseeing and coordinating projects, contributing to strategic project planning for cross-functional and companywide initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive insights from data, establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), monitor, and evaluate project performance.
• Serve as a strategic partner to the business and project team through critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Up to 10% travel may be required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year College or University, preferably in Finance, Business Communications, or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in a business, consulting, or analytical role, preferably in Engineering, Finance, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, proficiency in Excel and Visio preferred.
• Experience with project management software, such as Smart Sheets, is a plus.
