Associate (Project Execution)

ADL Ventures is hiring an entry-level Associate to support the execution team working on industrialized construction (IC). Help bring manufacturing, standardization, and new technologies to the way America builds. This is a high-impact early-career role with real ownership, flexibility in how you solve problems, and close collaboration with experienced colleagues. Recent graduates and nontraditional backgrounds are encouraged to apply. No prior full-time experience is required. What You’ll Work On How do we grow America’s industrialized construction base? What helps manufacturers scale? Where can standardized building systems, better procurement, and AI make construction faster, more affordable, and more reliable? You’ll help answer these questions through research, cost and schedule analysis, and hands-on project coordination. Expect to turn findings into clear recommendations, work with manufacturers and design partners, and keep project tasks moving—with guidance from project managers and technical leads. The Details Full-time · Hybrid NYC · $80,000–$100,000 annual base salary, based on relevant skills and qualifications · Health benefits included. We work in person three days per week so you can learn alongside colleagues, get direct feedback, and develop quickly. Bring a willingness to experiment and put what you learn into practice. Use approved AI tools and handle project information in accordance with client and government requirements.
