About the Role

Support the seasonal development process for Hanes Activewear, Scrubs, Comfywear, and Printwear from ideation to production.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Product Development and Technical Design teams with day-to-day project coordination.
  • Help maintain product information and documentation within company systems.
  • Coordinate samples, testing reports, and development materials.
  • Partner with sourcing teams and cross-functional partners to keep projects moving forward.
  • Assist with product specifications, development documentation, and seasonal project tracking.
  • Attend team meetings and learn the product development process from concept through production.
  • Support special projects related to product improvements, sourcing initiatives, and new product development.
  • Communicate with internal teams and global partners to gather information and ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Apparel, Textiles, Fashion Merchandising, Product Development, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Internship experience or 1-3 years of professional experience in apparel, retail, merchandising, sourcing, product development, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with PLM systems, Browzwear, or apparel development processes is a plus but not required.
