Associate Program Manager

Job Purpose

The Associate Program Manager is responsible for overall customer service and satisfaction including delivery, quality, flexibility, communication and responsiveness for assigned accounts.

Nature Of Duties/Responsibilities

• Managing and developing project plans.
• Manage the activities of a cross functional team(s) to ensure completion of the project on time.
• Review status with the customer and the management team.
• Understand and drive written understanding of the project and develop Contract/MSA terms with customer and the business development team.
• Maintain good customer relationship to avoid escalations.
• Drive effective meetings with both internal and external teams.
• Timely resolution of issues and escalation as soon as it is required to avoid delays in project completion.
• Ensure timely implementation of ECOs.
• Ensure proper closure of customer related A/R issues.
• Responsible for all aspects of a program at the site, serving as the site liaison between the company and the customer to ensure customer needs are met.
• Ensures all program-related decisions are guided by the terms and conditions of the customer's contract.
• Understands all aspects required to launch a new program or order.
• Responsible for customer management and satisfaction, order management and delivery, revenue achievement, business issue resolution (A/R, E&O material issues, PPV, credit, RMA’s), and business development.
• Understands Sanmina offerings for vertical integration and directs customer appropriately towards additional or alternative Sanmina products or services.

Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Contract MFG experience desired.
• Experience in the mechanical and electrical as well as integration.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to multitask.
• 0-2 years of Program Manager experience, preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team Player.
• Must be able to work independently & quickly while under pressure in a fast paced environment.
