Associate Program Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Program Manager to join our dynamic team. This role supports efforts to facilitate program participation and drive high levels of both client and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support efforts to facilitate program participation and drive high levels of both client and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain trusted partnerships with clients, customers, installers, and cross-functional internal teams.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, to diverse audiences with varying perspectives.
• Manage multiple priorities through strong project and time management; remain organized, proactive, and communicative.
• Track program budgets, goals, and resource allocation to ensure effective and efficient delivery.
• Prepare, analyze, and review reports and data to measure performance and progress.
• Support Clients effectively.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Candidates MUST be located in New Jersey to be considered.

• Strong project and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills (both written and verbal).
